Whiterose are a hard working multi-instrumental , vocal harmonic Folk Duo specializing in Scottish / Jacobite themes.Formed by Kev Wilson and Dougie Smith, Whiterose have an instrument selection of [Guild electro acoustic guitar] , [Freshman electro acoustic guitar] , [Mandolins],[Bouzouki],[Bodhrans],[Harmonica]&[Whistles]. With a long list of original compositions and many traditional songs from the Scottish and Jacobite field has seen them play all over the country , into northern England, [Berwick on Tweed]. Whiterose have also played in USA entertaining our distant cousins across the pond with some old music from home. Whiterose are available for [Scottish/Jacobite theme nights],[St.Andrews Nights],[Burns Suppers],[Weddings of a Celtic theme] and a host of other events and 30 years experience speaks for itself, but why not come along and see for yourself.
